【摘要】:ThispartofISO11843specifiesbasicmethodsto:—designexperimentsfortheestimationofthecriticalvalueofthenetstatevariable,thecriticalvalueoftheresponsevariableandtheminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariable,—estimatethesecharacteristicsfromexperimentaldataforthecasesinwhichthecalibrationfunctionislinearandthestandarddeviationiseitherconstantorlinearlyrelatedtothenetstatevariable.ThemethodsdescribedinthispartofISO11843areapplicabletovarioussituationssuchascheckingtheexistenceofacertainsubstanceinamaterial,theemissionofenergyfromsamplesorplants,orthegeometricchangeinstaticsystemsunderdistortion.Criticalvaluescanbederivedfromanactualmeasurementseriessoastoassesstheunknownstatesofsystemsincludedintheseries,whereastheminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariableasacharacteristicofthemeasurementmethodservesfortheselectionofappropriatemeasurementprocesses.Inordertocharacterizeameasurementprocess,alaboratoryorthemeasurementmethod,theminimumdetectablevaluecanbestatedifappropriatedataareavailableforeachrelevantlevel,i.e.ameasurementseries,ameasurementprocess,alaboratoryorameasurementmethod.Theminimumdetectablevaluesmaybedifferentforameasurementseries,ameasurementprocess,alaboratoryorthemeasurementmethod.ISO11843isapplicabletoquantitiesmeasuredonscalesthatarefundamentallycontinuous.Itisapplicabletomeasurementprocessesandtypesofmeasurementequipmentwherethefunctionalrelationshipbetweentheexpectedvalueoftheresponsevariableandthevalueofthestatevariableisdescribedbyacalibrationfunction.IftheresponsevariableorthestatevariableisavectorialquantitythemethodsofISO11843areapplicableseparatelytothecomponentsofthevectorsorfunctionsofthecomponents.
